Spotlight on Connective Insight: Research That Moves the Market

At CPaaSAA, we don’t believe in research for research’s sake. We believe in insight that drives action, strategy, and growth. That’s why we’re proud to spotlight Connective Insight—and welcome Andrew Collinson as our Associate Research Director.

A Strategic Addition to the Alliance

Andrew joined us at the start of this year, bringing decades of experience working with and inside telcos, advising on transformation, go-to-market, and innovation. Many will know him from his role leading the research practice at STL Partners, where he helped define the industry’s thinking around digital transformation and telecom growth strategy.

Now, at CPaaSAA, he’s focused on turning member insight into frameworks, white papers, and strategic tools that move the industry forward.

What’s Coming: White Papers & Intelligent Engagement

Over the past few months, Andrew has been working closely with our team and members to evolve the Service Provider Playbook. We’re now entering the next phase: releasing our first white papers and launching a new, actionable model—Intelligent Engagement—that connects use cases with execution, and business potential with partner readiness.

Join Us April 24: The Inner Circle Premiere

To kick this off, we’re hosting the very first session of The Inner Circle—our new members-only series for Grow and Accelerate members. In this launch session, Andrew will share:

Why It Matters

We’re building research with purpose—driven by member priorities, shaped by deep industry expertise, and designed to unlock new opportunities across the CPaaS value chain.

Open and Equal for All Partners

While we’re proud of our work with Andrew and Connective Insight, we believe in a level playing field. All our research and advisory partners are given equal opportunity to collaborate with us and with our members. You can explore our full Advisory Marketplace at cpaasaa.com/advisory-marketplace.
