Antitrust Compliance Statement

CPaaSAA is committed to fostering open discussions and collaboration while ensuring full compliance with applicable competition laws.

This statement applies to everything CPaaSAA organises: CAVE meetings, the CASA summit, working groups, CPaaSAA Talks, member community discussions and any other CPaaSAA activity, online or in person. All participants must avoid any discussions or exchanges of information that could restrict competition. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fixing prices or pricing strategies
  • Dividing markets, customers, or territories
  • Coordinating bids or tenders
  • Limiting production or innovation
  • Sharing commercially sensitive, non-public information

All discussions should focus on industry trends, best practices, and non-competitive collaboration that benefits the broader Intelligent Engagement ecosystem. If any conversation risks crossing into restricted areas, participants are expected to raise concerns immediately.

By taking part in any CPaaSAA activity, participants acknowledge their responsibility to comply with competition laws and uphold fair and open market practices.

For any questions or concerns, please reach out to the CPaaSAA team.
