CASA27 · Amsterdam · September 2027
The room where the industry decides.
CASA is the annual summit of CPaaSAA. Around 150 senior people from operators, platforms, AI companies, analysts and investors spend three days in one room, working out who runs the conversation in an AI economy. You do not need to be a member to be in it. Sponsorship puts you in front of the operators, platforms and innovators you came to meet, and lets you shape the conversation, not just attend it.
The evidence: CASA26
Not an audience. The people you need, in one room.
We laid the CASA26 badges out on a table the night before it opened. This is what the room looked like. The full account, session by session, is being published on casa26.amsterdam every week until Mobile World Congress.
Senior leaders, from more than 20 countries, over two programme days plus the GSMA Telco Roundtable
Seats held by people who own a network or build on one: 40+ from operators, close to 40 from 18 cloud communications platforms
Badges reading founder or C-level. Most of the rest own a number: sales, go-to-market, strategy, product
Participants with a session on the programme. The speakers are peers, not headliners flown in
Operators
The people inside the telco looking for partners
Not procurement, not network operations. The teams running network APIs, new services, voice and UC portfolios, whose job is the next revenue line, and who know they cannot build it alone.
Platforms and AI
The bridge between AI and communications, built here
AI-first companies and the founders building AI into the heart of communications shared the stage with operators and platforms. Not a separate AI track: the same sessions, the same argument.
Analysts, media, capital
The people who carry the argument out
A real analyst bench and media partners who make sure the sessions travel. And the strategic partners who set the frame: GSMA Open Gateway on network APIs, Sandbox on founders, innovation and capital.
Who was there, in detail: Look Around the Room · The CASA26 sponsor lineup
Why sponsor
Three things a sponsor gets that a ticket does not
01 · The people you came for
Meetings that turn into business
Tell us who you need to meet. Dinners, the social programme and meeting space during CASA are built for it, and the introductions continue afterwards. From Silver up, that includes the analysts and the media in the room. Sponsors are in the programme committee conversations from the start, which is where the partnerships get made.
02 · The stage, in front of the right people
Make the argument where it can be questioned
Two CASA26 sponsors made significant AI announcements the week before the summit, from opposite ends of the same debate. Then they argued it out in Amsterdam in front of forty operators. That is what the stage is for. Keynotes, panels and sessions are built with you, around a question the room is actually stuck on.
03 · The reach, for months afterwards
Your session is a campaign, not a slot
Keynotes and stage sessions are recorded and published, session by session, across CPaaSAA, our media partners and the CASA site, with a write-up of the argument. CASA26 sessions run weekly until Mobile World Congress 2027. Sponsors get the footage, the write-up and an audience far beyond the room.
An announcement of that scale needs to be made again in Europe, in front of operators, in a room where it can be questioned. That is what Amsterdam is for.
Why a cloud communications platform joined CASA26 as a sponsor within days of its own launch event
The programme
Three pillars, one question
Intelligence is getting cheap. Trust is not. CASA27 picks up where CASA26 left off: how high can you build on the layer this industry owns, and with whom?
Intelligence
AI voice, agents and where the value in a conversation goes
Voice is back and it is AI. Who runs the conversation, who keeps what it produces, and what the operator and platform business models look like when the model is a commodity.
Trust
Network signals, identity, consent and sovereignty
Network APIs as the layer AI cannot get anywhere else: identity, verification, fraud, data residency. Business models, channels and the use cases that actually get bought, with GSMA Open Gateway underneath.
Transformation
Partnerships, business models, capital
Operators separating networks from services, platforms converging with telcos, founders and capital moving in. The four futures for 2030 our analysts put to the CASA26 room, and what the room voted, are the starting point.
The CASA27 agenda is built from what members are working on. Sponsors who commit early sit in those conversations, and pay less for the privilege.
Partner packages
From a seat at the table to a seat on the programme committee
The room is limited, so the packages are too: one Platinum, three Gold, six Silver, ten Bronze. CASA26 sold out. Packages are indicative and follow CASA26; every one is shaped in a conversation about who you want to meet and what you want to come away with. Early birds: 10% off for partners signed and invoiced by 31 December 2026, 5% off by 31 March 2027. Earlier also means first choice of theme and slot. Accelerate and Grow members get a further 25% and 10% off.

Strategic partner and category lead
Shape a theme. Bring the ecosystem. Lead a track.
Strategic partners are not sponsors in the usual sense. They are a small group of ecosystem players, industry bodies, consultancies and innovation partners who co-shape CASA’s core themes and bring their own ecosystem into the room. For selected themes, one category lead takes ownership of a track: keynote and curated session leadership, close involvement in programme design, and full Gold-level presence throughout.
Three seats, by invitation, one per pillar. GSMA Open Gateway and Sandbox return for CASA27; one seat is open.
- Lead a core theme: AI voice and intelligence, trust and network APIs, or transformation and capital
- A seat on the small programme committee that shapes agenda, speakers and participants
- Bring partners, customers and new voices into CASA
- Beyond the event: research, ecosystem pilots and go-to-market initiatives with CPaaSAA through the year
Members pay less. Accelerate members get 25% off any package, Grow members 10%, on top of the early-bird terms. Every CPaaSAA membership already includes CASA passes, and members buy additional passes at half price. Sponsorship is the other route in, open to members and non-members alike, and the one that puts you on the programme. How CASA runs, in detail: By members, for members.
How it runs
From a conversation now to a stage in September
Theme, package and slot agreed in a conversation, starting with who you want to meet. Signed and invoiced in 2026: 10% off, and first choice of theme. Fits this year’s budget.
Signed and invoiced by 31 March 2027: 5% off. Programme committee forms: agenda, speakers and participants take shape. Sponsor announced across CPaaSAA, media partners and the CASA site; pre-event Talks and content start.
Sessions built with you around a question the room is stuck on. Guest invitations go out. Meetings, analyst briefings, media interviews, social programme and meeting space confirmed.
Three days in Amsterdam. Then the sessions, the write-ups and the introductions: published week by week for months afterwards, and followed up through the year.
Open tent, one rule
Competitors sit at the same table. That is the point.
Telcos and hyperscalers, platforms and CRM players, AI-native founders and incumbents. Diversity of players is why the arguments finish. Discussions are open and nobody gets put on the spot. Keynotes and stage sessions are recorded, working sessions are not. You always know which room you are in. Everything runs under our antitrust compliance statement and code of conduct.
Player, or bystander?
Let’s talk about CASA27.
Tell us what you would want out of the room: the operators, platforms or innovators to meet, a theme to lead, a launch to make in Europe, or a category to own. We come back personally within a few days, with a proposal rather than a brochure.
