A Roadmap to Success
Andrew’s work will focus on driving impactful research, crafting thought-leading content, and revising the Service Provider Playbook for its second edition. His extensive experience in telco transformation, particularly helping telcos transition into techcos, complements our vision for CPaaS and positions the Alliance for groundbreaking achievements in 2025.
The First Half of 2025: What to Expect
From January through June, Andrew will lead a series of initiatives aimed at deepening engagement with members and expanding the Alliance’s research capabilities:
- January: Initial meetings with key members and partners to understand priorities and align goals.
- February & March: The release of two whitepapers, including one timed with Mobile World Congress and another for Enterprise Connect, each designed to explore emerging trends and opportunities.
- April to June: The Service Provider Playbook will be revised and relaunched, incorporating feedback and new insights gathered throughout the first half of the year.
Throughout this period, CPaaSAA talks and other content initiatives will ensure a continuous stream of valuable ideas and discussions within the community.
