Q1 2026 is where many of these conversations begin to converge — and CPaaSAA will be present at the moments that matter most.
Throughout the quarter, we’ll be working closely with a number of awesome industry event organizers and partners. In practice, this means collaborating on topics and content where it makes sense, supporting shared conversations across the ecosystem, securing discounted access for CPaaSAA members, and organizing member meetups and curated gatherings alongside selected events.
Our goal is simple: help our members be in the right rooms, at the right time, with the right people — and create space for conversations that go beyond the surface.

Unthinkable AI Lab (TelecomTV) — January 15 | London
A strategic, senior-level forum bringing together industry leaders to explore how AI is reshaping telecom, Network APIs, and platforms. Unthinkable is an early signal-setting moment for the year, creating space for reflective, forward-looking discussion beyond product announcements.
MWC Barcelona — March 2–6 | Barcelona
Still the most important global meeting point for telcos, platform players, and ecosystem partners. This is where AI-ready networks, Network APIs, and operator strategies come into sharp focus — and where many of the conversations that shape the year begin.
During MWC week, CPaaSAA will host:
- a Member Tapas & Drinks Evening for informal connection across the community
- a CAVE Lunch for Accelerate members, focused on senior-level strategic exchange
Enterprise Connect — March 10–12 | Las Vegas
A critical event for enterprise communications, CX, CCaaS, and voice AI. Enterprise Connect remains one of the best places to understand enterprise buying priorities and how CPaaS, AI, and APIs are showing up in real deployment decisions.
As in previous years, CPaaSAA will convene a Member Dinner during Enterprise Connect, creating space for deeper exchange beyond the conference agenda, and run a 30 min panel session on the show floor.
AI/COMM + vCon Spring — March 23–25 | Dallas
A key moment for conversation intelligence, voice, trust, and data. The vCon community brings together technologists, platform builders, and enterprise thinkers working on how conversations become structured, compliant, and usable assets in an AI-driven world.
Cavell European Summit — March 25 | London
The main European Cavell event brings together leaders from UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, and enterprise services. We collaborate with Cavell on themes and participation, and this summit sets the tone for practical, market-driven discussion in Europe.
droidcon Paris — April 9–10 | Paris
Our first droidcon participation reflects the growing importance of developer ecosystems in CPaaS, AI, and real-time communications. It’s a different audience and a different lens — and an important part of understanding how platforms are built, extended, and adopted.
Across these moments, CPaaSAA participates through meetings, curated conversations, partner sessions, member meetups, and informal exchanges — often where the most meaningful dialogue happens.

Alongside in-person events, Q1 continues our monthly Inner Circle sessions — held online every last Thursday of the month.
The Inner Circle is designed as an analyst- and advisory-style format, rather than a webinar or member update. Each session spotlights a major industry trend — from AI and Network APIs to voice, trust, and intelligent engagement — and explores it through a strategic lens.
The aim is to deliver insights that are:
- not yet fully visible on conference stages
- grounded in real market activity and member experience
- directly relevant to leaders shaping product, strategy, and partnerships
Sessions typically combine a focused perspective from CPaaSAA or a guest analyst/advisory partner with structured discussion among senior practitioners. For many participants, The Inner Circle is where signals are interpreted, not just observed — helping make sense of what’s happening across events and the wider market.

What ties the quarter together is continuity.
