UCX USA, the only Connections-First Event for Future of Work and Customer Experience, Announces Two New Co-Locations for September Event
Shelton, CT – UCX USA, the premier event for unified communications and collaboration, audio visual, customer experience and contact center professionals announced today that two co-locations have been added to the schedule for its upcoming event this September 13-14th at Fairmont Austin in Austin, TX. These co-locations include CPaaS Acceleration Alliance (CPAASAA) and Austin Women in Technology (AWT) who join HETMA @ UCX USA with curated content to meet their members’ needs.
CPaaS Acceleration Alliance (CPAASAA) will host a pitch competition called the CPaaS Showcase, which will feature the best use cases from the CPaaS industry, including live demonstrations of top use cases from around the world. The showcase will take place on Thursday, September 14th from 1-2pm and will be scored by a panel of judges as well as attendees based on innovation, ease of deployment, number of integrations/channels, commercial relevance, and overall presentation. The winner of the competition will be announced at a closing networking event open to all attendees.
In addition to the pitch competition, AWT will host its monthly networking event on Thursday, September 14th from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. The focus of this event will be a Mentoring Workshop led by Marny Lifshen, a marketing communications, branding and networking expert. The workshop will provide attendees with valuable insights on how to build their professional networks and enhance their career development.
All three co-locations are open to all attendees of UCX USA, and members of HETMA, CPaaS Acceleration Alliance, and Austin Women in Technology receive benefits for their participation in UCX USA.
